Q. Can the bouncy castles still be used if it rains?
A. Yes, light rain is okay and we recommend just leaving the castle inflated in the rain unless wind speed picks up. That way the castle will allow most of the water to just run off its roof or base.
Q. Do your castles fit inside halls ?
A. Yes, the majority of halls will accommodate our castles, but if in doubt please ask a member of staff. If we get to a job and we are unable to set up due to access or location you will be required to pay 50% of the total booking fee.
Q. Can your soft play be used outside?
A. Currently we allow our soft play to be used outside providing the grounds are clean and free of dog foul and sharp surfaces and must be grass, a ground sheet will be used also under any matting. We do recommend having any soft play foam pieces including ball pits inside or under a shelter though, as these items should not get wet. Abc Party Hire reserve the right to cancel a booking with no notice due to bad weather and poor set up conditions.
Q. Can adults use the bouncy castles?
A. No, adults cannot use the children's bouncy castles. However, we do have a range of bouncy castles which are specifically designed for adult use.
Q. Can you set up a bouncy castle on hard surfaces / artificial grass?
A. No we cannot put castles outside on hardstanding due to safety reasons, we need to be able to anchor the castles into the ground, therefore they must be on real grass and not hard standing or artifical grass
Q. What happens if I don't have electricity within 25 metres?
A. We can provide generators with the capability of powering up to two bouncy castles at a time for an extra charge.
Delivery Policy
The cost of delivery will be revealed when you put your post code into the online booking system. Delivery times can also be arranged during the booking process.
We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. However, if you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
