Children's Birthday Parties:
There are thousands of birthday parties being arranged every day in and around Sutton, Surrey and South London, and being a family run business, we understand just how stressful it is to plan that party! With everything you could possibly need from soft play, to bouncy castles and fun food, we can even provide you with personalised packages that contain everything you need. We have years of experience in the party industry and understand what it means to you as a customer to have reliable, trustworthy and friendly staff who can help you before, and on the day of your party, making sure everything goes to plan and that everything is delivered and setup on time.
Christenings:
In the UK we have an estimated 10 thousand christenings every month, 7,000 being babys' and 3,000 of 1-12 years of age and of course with the christening, comes the party afterwards. Which is where we come in, to help you keep the tots entertained we have a variety of soft play products. From soft play sets to ball pools and even a tiny tots bouncy castle. Weddings:
There are an estimated 235 weddings every day in the UK and South London and Surrey have some of the country's finest churches, manor houses and venues used for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Therefore, we have ensured that we have a wonderful selection of bouncy castles for both indoor and outdoor venues, with our Frozen package always going down very well at any wedding.
We always try to make venues a priority, as we know that time slots are so limited and so we will work closely with you to arrange an agreed delivery and collection time to take some of the stress out of your big day.
School Fetes, Fairs and Fun Days:
We have worked closely with some of the local borough's nurseries, primary and high schools to plan all sorts of events. With schools having regular fun days, fetes and fairs all year around, plus celebrating holidays like Halloween, Easter and Christmas, not to mention charity and fundraiser events - it means that we have gained a lot of experience in creating the best events. Plus we have worked alongside the schools directly or the schools PTAs to plan those occasions, so we are well practiced and very capable. We even have a variety of fabulous value packages too...
We most commonly offer a "Dry Hire" service. This means that we charge the normal hire fee and set up for a designated member of staff/parents to man the castle during your event. However, we can also offer a manned hire service for £25 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Or, depending on the size of your event and your expected head count we sometimes offer our equipment supplied with supervision free of charge. Then we charge our set fees and make a donation to the school or designated charity.
We can supply you a disclaimer sign board to have next to your bouncy castle for health and safety and insurance purposes, free of charge - simply request in advance.
Please note that we always recommend the bouncy castles being set up on a playing field or indoors, either in a sports hall or hall etc. This is because we are unable to set up on tarmac playgrounds etc. due to surfaces being unsuitable for anchoring down safely.
Ramadan/Eid Celebrations:
Abc Party Hire has had years of experience in working around the days of Ramadan/Eid. So we understand that being flexible with bookings is essential and we often deliver our equipment the night before to help you out. Just get in contact to discuss your needs further, using the details below.
Shows/Festivals:
We can supply equipment for any type of event, be it for adults or children. Covering Surrey, South London and sometimes even further depending on the size of setup. We can either set up our bouncy castles "dry hire" where you will pay the set hire fee and designate a member of your staff to man the castle whilst the event is taking place or, depending on the expected head count, we may supply it free of charge with a member of our staff to charge our set fee and donate a percentage to your given cause or charity.
