Very impressed with the service. The bouncy castle was exactly as described, delivered and collected on time and I was particularly impressed that the friendly staff cleaned it after inflation, ready for us to use! (I have had very dirty castles in the past from another vendor, which have left children's best party clothes filthy).
I also had prompt and friendly email communication from the vendor before booking and a text message confirmation/reminder the day before the event.

Hired a ninja turtle outfit for my son's 4th birthday party (self hire) and OMG the children loved it.
